NEW - Express Checkout Feature
CCS is now offering a new feature called "Express Check Out". This feature allows our clients to quickly forward their phones to CCS without waiting for an agent to answer.
Based on your caller ID, our phone system will be able to determine that you are forwarding your phone and will connect your line with the assigned DID number. You will have the option to press 0 to speak with an agent or 9 to retrieve voice mails. Your callers will not hear this greeting. This feature is especially helpful during lunch and closing time when many customers are trying to connect with CCS at the same time.
